On Main Street there is a bench with a statue of Roy O. Disney and Minnie Mouse. Sit on the bench with them for a nice shot.
The bridge from the hub to Liberty Square is the best place to get a castle pic with the castle reflecting in the water below.
The Partners statue in front of the castle is the best spot for a pic, but it's always crowded. For fun, have your kids pose like Walt and Mickey. Or zoom up on the statue.
Take a pic from BEHIND the Partners statue, looking down Main Street, with Walt and Mickey in the foreground.
Standing at the rail of the MK ferryboat as it's crossing the Seven Seas Lagoon can put either the castle or the Contemporary in the background. Time it right and get a shot of another ferryboat passing by, too.
Take an extreme close-up of one of the smaller statues around Partners, with family members squeezing their faces in close.
Have a Cast Member take a shot of you and your family - from INSIDE Aloha Isle - enjoying your Dole Whips.
Everybody likes to take a pic in front of the fountain at the entrance plaza with Spaceship Earth in the background. Try kneeling to get all of SE in the shot.
The walkway from Future World to World Showcase is another great spot for a shot with SE in the background. Time it so that a monorail is passing above for added interest.
In front of Mission: Space, you can get a pic of the family leaning on the Moon or Jupiter.
In front of the Living Seas, get a shot of everyone 'swimming' with the Dory and Marlin statues.
In front of Imagination, try to get a shot of the kids reaching for the water blasts from the dancing fountains.
Canada has a spectacular waterfall with a walking path beside it that makes for a beautiful shot.
Norway has a Viking ship outside that makes for a great background. There is also a giant troll inside who is a nice addition to family portraits; rub his nose for luck.
Everyone should lean on Spaceship Earth at least once.
Across from Star Tours is a full-size speeder bike that you can pose on.
And leaning on the AT-AT can be fun, too.
Wearing the BAH always looks funny.
On Tower of Terror, try taking a pic just before the big drop.
With the dinosaur outside the entrance to Dinosaur, with his head just above your subjects. He's posing, you just have to line him up.
Pose with the totem pole outside the gift shop at Wilderness Lodge.
Take a pic looking down from the faux suspension bridge at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Cozy up to a Cast Member. They're not characters, but they're wonderful people, always friendly and helpful, and most of them wear cool costumes.
Take pics of your family inside or in front of the monorail at just about any station, or any of the WDW watercraft. CMs may be able to take your pic for you if they're not too busy, so don't hesitate to ask.
Any time you pass a topiary, match the topiary's pose. Or for more interest, arrange yourself to look like you're holding hands with it.
Merchandising! Merchandising! Where the REAL money from the picture is made!
Watch the light! Sometimes just the right light can turn an ordinary view into something truly spectacular.
Odd angles can be beautiful, too.
Insignificant details like this napkin holder at Donald's Breakfast-o-Saurus can make interesting shots.
Pose like a goof. And don't be afraid to Plus your pics a little when you get home.
Details like these help you remember what happened.
Weather can be fun, too.
Fireworks are pretty, but people's faces watching fireworks are prettier.
